Breathing may seem natural, but that doesn't mean it should be taken for granted. While there is no one right way to breathe, some are dramatically more efficient than others. Poor breathing habits--exaggerated chest movements, tense belly muscles, jerky, irregular inhales, and mouth instead of nose breathing--not only increase stress, but cause many ailments from chronic neck and shoulder pain to panic attacks. Healthy breathing lessens the impact of stress and negative emotions.

Full Potential Yoga is a breath-centric practice that uses breath awareness exercises to identify and change inefficient breathing patterns. When the quality of breath improves, clients find themselves more grounded, balanced and focused.
