Too often core strength is synonymous with core rigidity. However, a truly strong core needs to be supple, stable and integrated. My core integration class is an engaging, demanding workout that increases mobility throughout the body while reducing unnecessary muscle tension.

Working with your breath, you'll learn how to relax tight muscles and strengthen weak ones. Movements are functional and varied, drawn from the best of yoga, Feldenkrais, FlexAware® and bodyweight exercises. They are ideal for athletes, couch potatoes, or seniors and provide a quick, effective way to get into fabulous shape. You'll develop core coordination safely, while lengthening your spine and limbs.
