You'll leave my class feeling better than when you walked in—toned, relaxed and focused. Classes are educational but fun; challenging but safe. My teaching is grounded in anatomy and geared towards the needs of each individual. Whether you have injuries or not, you'll understand the benefits of each pose, your own asymmetries and how to bring your body into better balance.
Classes are designed to train your powers of self-observation and cultivate awareness. Breath is key to the way I teach, with exercises to help you identify and change inefficient breathing patterns and relieve panic attacks, asthma and chronic pain.
